I’m Vrunda Krishnaswami, a life-sciences educator based in Muscat, Oman. My academic background brings together microbiology and biotechnology, and my professional experience spans college classrooms, tutoring and online educational content.
ABOUT ME

My teaching journey has included biotechnology departments in Mumbai and Pune, as well as work with high-school and junior-college students. I have taught subjects ranging from molecular biology and biochemistry to microbial biotechnology and food microbiology.
Beyond lectures, my responsibilities have included coordinating practical sessions, assessing student performance and supporting co-curricular activities. These experiences bring together subject knowledge and the day-to-day work of helping students learn.
As a subject matter expert and online consultant, I also designed and wrote General Science and Biology scripts for educational videos. This work extended my teaching into multimedia resources for students in grades 6–10.
